Updated 05/12/2023
I received an email stating that I will need to provide some additional documents. You will have 10 days from the date of receipt of the email to submit them.
The hotline clarified that the letter would arrive by post, but the email only warned that it would arrive. And 10 days would be counted from the moment the letter was received.
The letter will indicate which documents are additional or what needs to be corrected and sent to successfully receive assistance. To correct, you will need to submit an application via the link https://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=G23184 in the tab REMEDY.
1. Information about the application for assistance 400+100
1. Application submission begins on March 16, 2023 and ends on March 31, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.
2. The request will be made using the form on the Generalitat Valenciana website at the following link:
https://sede.gva.es/va/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=23184
3. The application can be submitted electronically Online (for this you need to have an installed electronic certificate or Cl@ve to sign the application), or Physically (in person) in the PROP offices (after filling out the application, you must print it, take the form to the appropriate office and take the application there). The form can be taken to the PROP office at the link https://www.gva.es/es/web/atencio_ciutadania/inicio/atencion_ciudadano/citapreviaprop by pressing the button "Solicitud de cita previa...". WARNING! The electronic completion of the application form by applicants who do not have a digital certificate and do not sign the application online will not mean that assistance has been requested. The information entered will only be stored in the relevant databases. If the relevant document, duly signed by the applicant, is not submitted to any of the specified registry offices (meaning one of the PROP offices) within the specified deadline, the request for assistance will be considered as not executed.
2. Documents to be attached to the application
- The decision to grant the applicant temporary protection status (I think it is worth preparing the NIE, TIE, and the decision itself, which can be downloaded here – https://servicio.mir.es/nfrontal/asi_desc_res.html by entering data from a white A4 sheet of paper (NIE) and a minor (if indicated in the application). I attached everything I had in one PDF file – NIE, TIE, as well as the decision I wrote about before. I also recommend that you take a photo or scan a copy of all these documents and combine them into one PDF file using the service https://www.ilovepdf.com/ru/jpg_to_pdf.
- Certificate of registration in the municipality in the Valencian Community of the applicant (collective registration empadronamiento, which lists everyone registered at your address) and a minor (if he is listed in the application). Almost every city has a city hall website with an online office. Our city has such a website, and right in the office using a digital certificate, I was able to log in and download this registration document, without having to go to the city hall or any other institution. Try searching for your city's website and the opportunity to get it online Certificado de empadronamiento collective.
- Direct debit bank form, completed as required (a statement from your Spanish bank, where it is stated that you are the account owner and the account number). I did not download such a bank statement, but only submitted an application before this via the link https://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=22648. We follow the link, log in using a digital certificate, fill in all the necessary data, bank account and sign the application. After successfully submitting this application, your bank account will automatically be pulled up in the form when applying for assistance. You will only need to select the account in the appropriate field.
- Social Security Number (if you are not working and have not worked then download the rest here, selecting “en nombre proprio” and logging in using a certificate or SMS code). I didn’t download this file, but just in case, make it too. You may need to add it later.
- A document proving the applicant's identity, in case of submitting the application in person at the PROP offices. I applied online so I didn't do this item either.
3. Instructions for submitting an online application (all steps)
- Let's go to the link https://sede.gva.es/va/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=23184. Attention, the application could not be submitted from the Chrome browser, as an error was thrown at the last step. They suggested that it is better to use another browser. Everything worked fine through the Opera browser. from the first time.
- Click the “Authenticated Presentation” button. To log in, you must already have an electronic certificate installed on your computer, as well as the Auto Firma application. Download it here https://firmaelectronica.gob.es/Home/Descargas.htm and install (before installation, close the Opera, Chrome... browsers).
- Then, step by step, we fill in all our data in the application. When I receive confirmation that everything is filled in correctly, I will share the screenshots I took while filling it out and explain what needs to be entered and where.
- We sign the application. Also, a little lower in this first step, there is an option to add minors to the application.
- In the next step, we add the necessary documents, next to which you checked the box in the previous step. In my case, it was a PDF file with TIE, NIE and the decision to grant protection, as well as a file with a registration certificate. I did not attach any file from the bank. I explained in the previous paragraphs how to link the account number to the NIE.
- Then, in the next step, we check everything. If everything is correct, we send the application by signing it with a digital signature (the Auto Firma program will open where we select our signature and click OK).
- If everything goes well, you will receive a message that the application has been successfully sent.
Next will be… I will try to write about the result of the application or any comments, if any.
